    Actually, I do not using WP, but I had to choose a version ?? .

    OK, What are the best Free Webhoster for WordPress?

    I remember problems (years ago).
    I could not download / install plugins.
    I believe in 000webhost etc ..

    There is seemingly a server function, that WordPress need to load and install plugins.
    Free hosting plans have this seemingly often disabled.

    The WordPress team has provided a list of recommended hosting providers. For more details and other recommendations, please search through the forums or via Google (or your preferred search engine).

    That all said, no one should recommend free hosting. The old saw about getting what you pay for is true with hosting as well.
