Free Version Very Limited

Granted I didn’t spend half a day digging through the site (you need an account with their company), but I installed the free version of this plugin and the templates were severely limited, editing-wise.

You can easily create similar basic forms with your Newsletter company’s form builder.

If you’re looking for a newsletter plugin which allows you to add form fields and customize backgrounds, then this plugin will work if you’re willing to spend a monthly fee.
