Free version support for mapping Featured Image from CSV url if images uploaded?

I’m trying to help someone import roughly 100 posts. They provided the media in an archive that I’ve already uploaded. The Featured Images from the old site are in the CSV export as just a “image” column. Was going to do a find-replace and make all the paths relative and was hoping I could map this to just be the featured image. Is this possible in the free version?
