Free version scan not completing after running 3 days

    Installed free version in wordpress 5.2.2 with woocommmerce 3.6.5 3 days ago.

    On Plugin summary dashboard, Security has shown as “Security scan in progress” for the past 3 days. Trustedsite.com account only shows links to upgrade. The trust seal does not appear on our site, and there is no indication of an issue aside from the scan running > 80 hours. No PHP errors logged. Any idea on what is stalling the scan?
