Free version not working

  • I wanted to test the free version before purchasing the paid version. When I click on the + Labels button it takes me to an error page: There has been a critical error on your website.

    Theme is Alpha Store Pro

    Hi,

    Thank you for this message. I did test recent version of free plugin. There are no issue. br_labels is just a custom post. We are using WordPress functionality here. Most likely some other plugin is influencing the custom post pages or you have cache installed that is caching some parts of the admin too.

    I have emptied cache on our hosting site as well as within WordPress. This did not fix the error. I also disabled numerous plugins. It seems to be a permissions error maybe?

    On my test site it works perfectly but I can not seem to narrow down what the issue is on our live site.

    Even one of your graphics is blocked, shows on the missing image ?

    Error There has been a critical error on your website means that you have some PHP error, please check PHP error log and WordPress debug log for errors.
