    Hello,

I installed the free version, but when I go to the product page, it says I exceeded the allowed number of models, but I haven’t used one model. It seems like a bug.

    Hi,

Can I please ask you to refresh the page and see if that solves the issue. Occasionally the licence check fails when adding a model, however refreshing usually solves this.

If you have any further queries please let me know.

Hi and thanks for the fast answer.
That didn’t help. The problem is before adding any model.
So I’m stuck even before I can add my first model.

    Hi,

Is it the Product editing page you are refreshing? As that is where you add the models and presumably are seeing the licence warning for the number of models. Refreshing this page should invoke it to check the licence again.

Otherwise have you had this plugin or my AR for WordPress plugin running previously on this website? It may be registering the fact you had a previous model on the site?

Can you please send me a screen shot of the issue, or if possible a temporary admin login and I can test it myself? You can send login details directly to me at [email protected].

    Hi,

I’m having the same issue (both wordpress & woocommerce plugin).
Not able to add AR model.
And the product editing page becomes broken and irresponsible.

Looks like a nice plugin when it’s working.

    Hi Bizzka,

Can you please confirm if refreshing the add model or product editing page resolves the issue? I am unable to replicate the issue where a refresh doesn’t solve it.

If possible may I ask for a temporary login to your site or a staging site so I can troubleshoot the issue? You can send it directly to me at [email protected]

    Kind regards,
    Nick
