Free version is useless, can only grab last name

@ chucknb28409, thanks for your review. It looks like only those mentioned fields are existing in your sugar instance. You can create manually as many as fields as custom fields in your sugar to fetch it from wordpress. Our plugin have nothing to do with field creation. Also you have to enable those wanted fields and save it to show up in your form. This is very basic and you may have missed it. Kindly verify the snapshots for for better understanding or post your queries for proper support with details, snaps etc.

Pro version have more inbuilt features like multiple type of forms and assign a user to each etc. You can try our live demo for a walk through. Pricing is based on the listed features and effort that we spent on development. May be you can expect that price may come down if we achieve our target. Any how great to have your feedback on this.

The paid version is bug ridden mess.

He is saying the only field that is MANDATORY is the last name which is useless. If you want this plugin to be useful you would have set it to the Email Address.

What use is a form where the user only has to enter their last name? What kind of “lead” is a last name?

It is just a ploy to get people to pay $99 for your Pro version that allows control over mandatory fields.

BUT BUYER BEWARE, their Pro version validation of mandatory fields does not work properly so you are wasting your money anyway as try as they might they don’t seem to be able to fix their code.
