Free Version Is Terrible

  • I’ve tried to download your free version to test it out on my website and it crashed all of my page style and design.

    Obviously, I deleted this plugin instantly and everything came back but this is still unacceptable.

    Not only that but this plugin had a page takeover on every page that directs all traffic back to your website.

    You should mention this fact before I signed up.

    Terrible first impression.

    I’ll find another provider that allows me to try it for free without siphoning traffic so I can decide whether or not I’d like to pay for it.

    Either fix this or inform your clients before they buy that you will create a page takeover and attempt to steal their traffic.

    That really is against the plugin guidelines. This part.

    Except you go a step further and hijack the whole site for logged in users. That’s not cool.

    Hi Jan, the takeover is a piece of advice only for you as the administrator to properly install the live chat.

    We are not interested in covering all the pages of your website with that page.
    It’s not good advertising for us as well if we deliver that kind of message to all your visitors.

    We do not, and would never hijack the whole site. It’s only a reminder for you.
    There are a lot of huge companies that are doing the same.

    Again, it’s a popup for you, and in that page, you can see a text saying: “Only you can see this.”

    We have a free fully functional plan for our WordPress Users and they loved it.

    I guess you didn’t get the experience because you were scared from the popup ??

    Not here they don’t. When that’s found it’s reported and that author is asked to stop that.
