• It looked promising on description. I mean, simple, good design, easy to use, and seemed to run on Elementor but when installed there’s nothing much to test on free version.

I thougt: How such plugin have so low installations with all such good features and decent screen shots?

    Well, that’s why…

Description should be revised informing readers what’s on free and paid versions respectively.

Only thing you can do on free version is so basic that you can’t test it for real to see if worth enough to go paid. I couldn’t confirm how it goes with Elementor and not convince me to pay just to check that.

e.g. Customer will only see they have points available on checkout like regular discount cupom field. Like I said, there’s nothing much to see on free version to be tested.

    Hello @leosantis,

    Thank you for your feedback!

Unfortunately, we have not paid enough attention to supporting this product until now, and the project was postponed for some time due to a difficult situation within the team.

At the moment, all the difficulties have been successfully resolved and we are returning to the development of the plugin with renewed vigor.

It is a pity that you are disappointed with the functionality, we want to fix this as soon as possible and breathe new life into the plugin.

Please describe what functionality is lacking, and what changes and improvements you would like to see in the plugin.

    Thanks for you message.

I was looking for a plugin that could simply offer our customers some sort of Cashback program to stimulate recurring sales from existing customers.

e.g., every purchase made on our shop we could offer 1% discount for this customer on his/her next purchase.

When I saw your plugin intended to do that and even more, I decided to give a try. I mean, among all others I have tested so far anyone could handle such thing properly.

My initial comment here reflects that I couldn’t even test your plugin on the very basic as almost everything I should go for paid version.

I totally understand that at the end of the day, this is a business and a way of making a living but usually all top plugins offer some decent functionality so we could test if works well, server load, conflicts, caching, etc. Before going to the paid version and that was not the case.

Like I said, I still looking for that as every plugin I have tested was not able to handle that in a simple and easy way, not only for admin but also to customers side.

    Hello?@leosantis,

Let’s imagine that you have a unique opportunity to make a perfect plugin for your purposes. What options would you like to see in the Free version? Also, perhaps you would like to add something that is not yet in the plugin at all?

One thing I realized comparing online shops from different countries and products is people love discount coupons.

But simple “giveaway” coupons are not an effective marketing strategy compared to cashback rewards. Simply because cashback coupons are focused on recurring sales like a fidelity program and giveaway coupons don’t give the same motivation.

Basically, as I mentioned before, this is what I would like to see and test in a free version.

After that, a reward program for customers that effectively contribute for your shop would be interesting. I mean, customers that write product reviews (once approved) and perhaps difficult but possible, customers that tell a friend about your shop and if friend purchase something, like a personal referral code or something like that.

Referrals on social medias could be nice but people use a lot of tricks on that and at end is not effective as well.

?To make a long story short, such marketing strategy is an investment that needs to payback at the end of the day, and features I mentioned, you can effectively control , how much is costing and return measuring, and adjust and optimze its policy if necessary. Marketing must be investiment and not a cost, right?

Such plugin must simple and easy to use on the customer side. Some plugins I’ve tested are not easy at this point for customers and most of them use lots of system resources (data base queries and so on).
