Does not meet our expectations

  • We have first installed the free plugin but soon noticed that we MUST subscribe for the 30-days-trial of the premium to be able to test any functionality. Even though it is free, it still is a subscription. Unfortunately, even then it did not convince us.
    Our first scheduled post (image plus text) was not posted in the networks at all, it just stayed in the scheduled posts even though the post date was overdue. And yes, we had connected all our social profiles and pages.
    Other observations:
    The preview of the post is not really a live preview as it does not show how the post will really look in that specific social platform.
    Sending a first comment immediately with the post does not seem to exist (at least we didn’t find it).
    The list of the social networks is quite messy; would be nice to have the possibility to only display those in use or at least have those on top of the list.
    The navigation within the plugin could be very much improved. For ex. when accessing the settings, a horizontal sub-menu is displayed. But when clicking on one of those sub-menu items like “automatic sharing” then the other items disappear and one has to return to the main settings menu and start over again to find the other sub-menu items again.
    We did not like the pricing strategy as for us the Smart package would have been enough as we only have 2 websites. But this package does not allow to make even one image post plus text (upload any image or sharing one from the media centre), which in our eyes is the thing that is mostly done on the social networks. To do so, one need the higher priced Pro package.
    Conclusion:
    For us, this plugin does not meet our expectations.
