Free Version: Generate Label?

    I have installed the free version and see the settings for label sizes to generate, but I don’t see any option to actually generate a label on the order page. Is this not something the free plugin can actually do? All I want is to be able to generate the label and print from the order screen using my Shippo account, I have previously setup the real-time rates with other plugins to get postage cost at checkout, I don’t think that would interfere with just wanting to generate a label?

    We are very sorry for confusion. Free version does not generate labels from WooCommerce dashboard, but it shares settings with PRO version, this is why it is there.

    Then why does the first line of your troubleshooting in the plugin say:

    If you do not see shipping rates in the cart or have issues creating shipping labels then:

    And why don’t you have anything noted in the settings for where you pick the label size in the drop down that it’s only for the Pro Version? You have that notice all over the rest of the page?

    We have a generic documentation which covers both Free and PRO versions, but primary emphasis is on PRO features.

    Sorry for confusion, we will see if anything can be done to clarify it.
