Super fast product support on Free version

I attempted a very simple migration from LOCAL to one hosted by Bluehost.
1) I changed my upload limit both as per instructions by All-in-One and as per Bluehost’s instructions.
2) I still get a 64MB limit in the plugin.

I contacted All-in-one and they responded in minutes, which alone gives a 5 star rating.

Now, I do think that their could be an option to let me FTP the file myself and import from there with no file limit size. That would be roughly what Duplicator does. The advantage with All-in-one might be that you don’t have to worry about URL links as much. I have a couple of websites and will compare my process from a Local site to hosted with these over the next few weeks and see which I like batter. Still, kudos to the fast customer service.

The solution seems to be downloading an updated “import” plugin from: https://import.wp-migration.com/ (hopefully this URL won’t age out).
