— Not so great, could be anything and without checking no one will ever know. Certainly you did not provide any details (such as where I could see the hosted coupon) on the problem. It could be as simple as you choosing the wrong options when creating your coupon.

— Not so great. Well PRO is written to accommodate a lot of different things and have so much more to offer than Lite and there are hundreds of happy customers out there who love the support they receive in case they face any issue.
