Free Version

  • Hi,

    I sent an e-mail to Translatepress, but could not get any answer. So, we need to clarify, if there is a speed/loading time difference between free and pro versions, especially on multilingual site ? We are using free version, now, but if we buy pro – personal version, then would ie make difference on our webshop, specially for other languages ? Currently, other langauges loading time are really slow. Pls advise us,

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

    If you use the pro or free version, the result will be the same.

    The secondary languages are expected to be a little bit slower than the default language since we need to load all the translations from the database and that’s why the delay is 2-3 sec.

    If you want to improve the speed of your website you can try to enable this setting from Settings->TranslatePress->Advanced tab:

    -“Disable dynamic translation”

    Try this and let me know if there were some improvements!
