Because of the deep configurability of WordPress, the pace at which it is developing, and the dizzying range of plugins and templates, no two WordPress environments are the same. This makes it basically impossible to test our plugin with every combination. We do spend a lot of time testing and we believe the quality to be high, but there must be bugs out there that we don’t know about.

Sometimes if you encounter a problem after installing a new plugin it is easier just to deactivate it than to try to fix the problem or report it to the publisher in the hope that you might get a reply.

To help us improve our quality we are offering either a free six-month upgrade (from whatever plan you are on to the next level up) or your existing plan for free for 6 months to any user who can help us find and fix a bug. Just report the bug here or directly to [email protected] providing as much information as possible.

Please note this offer only applies if the cause of the problem turns out to be a bug in the Copyright Proof plugin or any Digiprove software.
