Free up the Web-server disk space in use by UpdraftPlus

    Hi,
    I was taking backup of my WordPress site and now I see that backup has occupied around 894.1 mb of Web-server disk space.
    Can you please let me know how I can free up this memory space, delete back up from server?

    Hi Pulak,

    You can delete the backups using the ‘Existing Backups’ tab.

    If you are sending your backups in a remote storage location but do not want store the backups on your server, there is an option to automatically delete the backup in your local server after the backups are successfully sent to your remote storage. To do this, go to UpdraftPlus ‘Settings’ tab > ‘Show expert settings’ > select ‘Delete local backup’ and make sure to click the ‘Save Changes’ after.
