Free ticket?

    Hello and thank you so much for this amazing plugin!

    My question is – I would like to create a free ticket tier but it seems that the plugin doesn’t allow me to create without the price being at least 1 pound.

    Could you please tell me if that is the case or I am doing something wrong?

  • Hi there!

    With Event Tickets and Tribe Commerce, you cannot create a “Free” ticket, as this is not supported by PayPal. You can however, use the RSVP option instead of tickets. This is essentially a free ticket that does not require checkout.

    This is possible with Event Tickets Plus when integrating with WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads.
