Free Theme and Free Plugin for job website ( job seeker and job posting)

Hi Team,

I want to create a job portal ( website or blog ) which will have a feature for user registration, resume submition, company registration and job posting and apply job ……etc.

is there any free wordpress theme and any free wordpress plugin available for the same.

I am new to wordpress.
