Free Theme

  • I am looking for a free theme that has a corporate, yet eye catching feel. It would need the following functionality:
    1) A rolling news feed, preferably horizontal.
    2) Slider functionality – with popup text windows when hovering over the image, clicking will redivert to the relevant page.
    Does anyone have any recommendations for themes and plugins?
