Free text quiz answer option

I have latest version of plugin and I see only 3 pre-filled type of answers that I can choose. Unfortunately I want to show my users free textbox for questions I ask. Don’t want checkbox or radio buttons. I will evaluate submitted answers myself and there is no marks for that. How can I make this ?
