    Hi there,

I just installed the elementor plugin for wordpress an I’m using the free version. But there is not a single free landingpage I could use! Has this changed? There are just 5-6 “pro” landingpages…

I have a website where I installed it a year ago and it has a bunch of templates.

    Max

    Hello @maxidavis!
    Thank you for contacting us.

I was reading your previous conversation, and I understand it.

In this case, be aware that since the transition from the Sections and Columns layout to Flexbox, the number of new templates was reduced.
Read here for more info: https://elementor.com/blog/introducing-flexbox-containers/
However, you can still find three free Wireframe templates to use as a a whole-page template.
    See here: https://postimg.cc/q6H6z100

Also, if you want to use the old Sections and Columns templates, you can still do it. You would need to turn of the Flexbox Feature. Just be aware that some new widgets and content might suffer changes.
Read here for more info: https://elementor.com/help/deactivate-containers/

I hope this can help you.
Let me know if you have other questions related to Elementor.

    Regards.

Thank you for the clarification. Unfortunately, I couldn’t find this clear information anywhere. I thought I had done something wrong…
It would be really nice if there was at least one template available in the free version in the future.
But for now I know what I need to do, thank you.

I checked the “wireframe” pages, but they don’t show up on my site:

    I already snyced the library…

    Hi @maxidavis

Make sure the Flexbox container featuere is set as “default” or “inactive for you to see the wireframe available.

    Go to?Elementor > Settings > Features?tab

    Hi @marthaeli,

yes it was set to “default” and the wireframes don’t show up. But I already deactivated flexbox and work with Sections and Columns now, because at least you have templates there. In my opinion, you can’t achieve much with the free version of Flexbox at the moment in terms of templates.

    Hi @maxidavis,

Thank you for sharing your experience. It sounds like you’ve encountered limitations with the free version of Flexbox, particularly in terms of templates. It’s understandable that you’ve chosen to deactivate Flexbox and work with Sections and Columns instead, as they offer more templates.

If you have any further questions or need assistance with anything else related to Elementor or your website, please feel free to reach out. We’re here to help.

    Best regards,

Yes, not even the wireframes you mentioned have appeared with flexbox activated. So I needed to switch.

    Hi

We understand your requirements. In this case, the Section and Column would be the best approach in terms of choosing the templates as per your requirements.
