    Hi Jeff

Thankyou for using my plugin and for making this query. I hope this answers your queries.

I will suggest that you verify that the plugin is activated on your admin, if not, that may be the cause of the shortcode showing up on your posts. For the code not to show on your posts, the plugin must be activated first.

For the emails part, please remember that the plugin relies on wordpress to work and nothing else, so if the recipient is viewing a copy of the post on their email client, then the code will show up just like HTML shows up on an email client that doesn’t support HTML Markup. I suggest you you the code on the posts after you have sent out the email, that means send the posts without the shortcode.

And lastly, about Google Analytics being affected, I have no Idea how that happens. The plugin was not tested on a website with Google Analytics. I think it should not affect your Analytics because it doesn’t do anything on Google. Please provide feedback if you find something on your side that may help me and a lot others who use the plugin.

Maybe I didn’t answer you correctly, please do post some follow up questions and feedback.

    Thanks
