I downloaded this plugin onto my Healthy-Alternatives.net website, checked the Global Sign-Up Form and included the Google Plus Client and API key. Nothing is showing up on my site and although I looked at it on Google Chrome, I’m not sure where to look for errors in red. I have WPBruiser for anti-spam which I disabled to check for issues but found nothing. Please explain to me in plain english as I am new to this and not a techie. Is there anything that can be done to make this work or should I look for a different plugin?
    Thanks, Moonserpent.

    Hello,

Please deactivate all other plugins temporary, then check the sign up form again. If it works, then you can activate back the other plugins to find out which one causing the conflict.

Alternatively, you may also try to change the theme to make sure, that doesn’t causing the issue.

    Best regards,

Hi,I disabled all the plugins, made no difference. Last time I tried changing my theme was disastrous. Got a fatal error, lost my website for a month and all the information was permanently lost. Had to start again from scratch, so won’t be doing that again. Guess I need to find a different plugin. Thanks for your help anyway.

Just wanted to check your website, but I got: “Account Suspended” error page.

This time I can reached your website. When I open the Chrome Developer Console by pressing Control + Shift + I and switched to the Console Tab, I see a jQuery error. Probably, it is the reason the plugin doesn’t work correctly on your website.
