free shipping with official ups plugin

    hello i use the official ups plugin to print labels and stuff.
    somehow it will add still an order amount even if i have setup a free shipping option in woocommerce (with coupons applied).
    could you help with that?

    For this we need to check the our plugin compatibility with ups-plugin, it might be some compatibility issue.

    You can install health check and please share the error log with us if any issue found with our plugin.

    Walk through enabling WP_DEBUG and log that output to a file and share that file.
    And please follow some troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again (the Health Check plugin can do this without impacting any site vistors).

    i think it’s an issue with the ups plugin but there support is superweak maybe you can help out.

    Yes @telemarker we can help you but only if issue belong to our plugin. As this is a compatibility issue so this is a custom work (other than functionality of this plugin) means it require team to make this plugin compatible.
