I set up “Free shipping on orders over $35” in my WooCommerce/WP store, https://onehundredeleven.myprintful.com/ , but when a customer gets to the checkout page, he is only given the flat rate shipping fee and free shipping isn’t even an option. I contacted WP support who gave me some troubleshooting suggestions, one of which was to deactivate my Printful plug-in and then load my cart with merchandise over $35 to see what happens. Sure enough, with the Printful plug-in deactivated, the free shipping option does appear on the checkout page. When I RE-ACTIVATED the Printful plug-in, the free shipping option disappeared.

Can you help me fix this “BUG”? Thank you,

    Canny

  • Hey Canny,

    Thank you for reaching out!
We suggest using our WooCommerce plugin to override your WooCommerce shipping settings with our shipping settings, but if you are setting up a flat rate, such as free shipping, go to the WooCommerce plugin > Shipping > Printful Shipping > Uncheck the “Disable standard WooCommerce rates for products fulfilled by Printful” or disable our shipping settings altogether to use only the flat rates you’ve created.

    I hope this helps!
