Free shipping triggered even if price is not the right

Hi,

First of all, thank you for this beautiful plugin, it is so useful ??

We setup a free shipping for order equal or over 130$, it works well.

However, a client order went up to 152.75$ before taxes and with our coupon, she got -23.70$ to pay for. So logically we do 152.75-23.70 and we get = 129.05. So normally she should not trigger the Free Shipping!?

Do you have any idea what could be causing that?

Can we make sure that the free shipping rule is added for the corresponding value of the coupon code + the subtotal ?
