Free Shipping Option

Hi,

1. I am of the view that there should be an option for disabling all the other shipping option once the customer has attained the minimum requirement for free shipping. (i.e You only show the free shipping option since the customer has qualified for it and thus does not need to select any other option that requires payment etc)

2. I think it should be good to have an option to select a custom background color for the notifications. i.e, I can select color purple to be my background color for the texts telling the customer that his/her order has qualifies for free shipping so as to make the msg more conspicuous and visible.
