    Hello,

    We had an order come through this morning and one of our staff pointed out it had free shipping. We do offer free shipping over a certain amount but now every item in our shop shows free shipping at the checkout page. We sell appliances and some of the shipping charges are over $379. I had to disable all of our payment gateways so we won’t get any orders at the moment. Has anyone experienced this? I don’t even know where to begin looking to see why this is happening. We use table rate shipping plugin for our various shipping classes

    I need to know how you got it resolved, hope you can clarify.

    I have resolve it, in my case I just change the order on the Woocommerce/Config/Shipping/Shipping Zones list and that made it work.

    I have US in 2 different zones, one for free shipping and the other with 3 different possible rates.

    US Free shipping was the first and I placed it as the second, that fixed the problem.
