Free shipping notice & multiple shipping methods issue

    Hello,

    We have 3 shipping methods, each with a free shipping tier:

    • Economy ￡3 under ￡10 & free over ￡10
    • Standard ￡4 under ￡100 and free over ￡100
    • Premium ￡10 under ￡200 and free over ￡200

    When “Display the notice with the amount of price left to free shipping” is enabled for all 3 of them. It only works for orders under ￡10. Soon as the free shipping for the “economy” shipping is enabled, it won’t show any free shipping notices for the others.

    If we disable “economy” free shipping notice and the order is under ￡10, it shows the free shipping notice as the customer as requiring the correct amount to get free “Standard” shipping. However as soon as the “economy” shipping is triggered, the notice is removed.

    From what I understand, if any free shipping is triggered the notice is removed. How can we adjust this so it always shows the notice/make it work for multiple shipping options?

    Unfortunately, the scenario that you want to achieve is not possible. When free shipping for Economy is applied, there is a free method in the shopping cart. That’s why the notice does not show for the other 2 shipping methods because there is free delivery in the shopping cart, so there is no longer anything missing for free delivery.

    Is there anyway to apply the notice still for the other shipping methods or a way to get the above postage options to work?

    Dear @devksec, there is no option to apply FS notice for other shipping methods. If free shipping is applied, there is no way to apply the notice for other free shipping limits in the shopping cart.
