Free Shipping not working correctly

    We have a strange issue that has just started to happen.

    We have a shipping method for Free with min order amount 5000

    This works when the order is 5000 and over but as soon as the order goes pass 10,000 the free shipping is not available and shows the flat rate option?

    Also noticed coupons and free shipping only works on some orders.

    Any ideas why this is?

    If I understand you correctly, the issue just started happening recently, meaning some time back this has never happened to your store. Is that correct?

    With that said, do you remember making any changes before the issue started, such as updating or installing plugin(s)?
