    Can someone help here ?

    Hi @sadrisali1991

First, please make sure your methods are set up as per this documentation:

    https://woocommerce.com/document/setting-up-shipping-zones/

Then please make sure your products have weights and dimensions added, as the APIs can’t calculate rates without this! In addition to this, also make sure you’ve set the “origin” zip code added in your shipping methods’ settings.

Instructions for adding weights and dimensions are here:

    https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/adding-dimensions-and-weights-to-products-for-shipping/

    Thanks!

I do get a similar error since a couple days for Free Shipping set to United States, though this one has a condition for free shipping on orders over $35.

If the amount is of $35 and over the shipping zone works fine, though if it under $35 it says “No shipping options were found for?address_here”.

I have another shipping zone for Thailand that is completely free and this one works just fine.

    Any clue what’s going on?

All used to be fine prior to a couple days ago. My WooCommerce is up to date, so as the database version.

I have a similar issue with “Free Shipping” set for United States and with a minimum purchase of $35.

If the order total is of $35 or over, all is fine and the free shipping is applied.

If the order total is under $35 it says “No shipping options were found for address_here” and therefore, the custom can’t proceed to payment gateways options and it returns the following error message:

“No shipping method has been selected. Please double check your address, or contact us if you need any help.”

    Any clue what’s going on?

All used to work fine until a couple days ago.

    Update:

If I add a “Flat Rate” option to United States, along with “Free Shipping” option for orders of $35 and over, then the “Flat Rate” is applied for order below $35.

Though, the two options are shown when the order is of $35 and over.

    Hi @binaire

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand you are experiencing the same issue and since every site is different and you’re not the person who originally started this topic then, per the forum guidelines, would you please start your own topic?

Additionally, please include your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.

We’ll be more than happy to help there ??
