Free shipping not detect custom subtotal

    Hi, i using modify subtotal to example made it x2 based on normal subtotal. And i set free shipping with minuman order $150 but when i add to cart item with $100 and subtotal be $200 (x2 based on normal subtotal) , the free shipping not apply because it not detect as over $150.

    I was checking on my testing site that is using the latest version of WooCommerce and the Storefront theme, I added to the cart a product that cost $100 (plus tax), I added it twice, and then the free shipping option is visible at checkout page:
