    Hey there,

I’m testing for a bug on shop with a fresh Flatsome installation and only WooCommerce and WooCommerce PayPal Payment plugins active and i’m noticing there is a bug with the free shipping coming from WooCommerce PayPal Payment plugin. I have free shipping threshold set to 49€ and when I add a 44,90€ product first and then another one for let’s say 49,99€ and I open the cart, the Shipping Method and Costs are not automatically updated, and still charge for the Flat Rate of the shipping method I have set, instead of the free shipping. This bug doesn’t occur if I deactivate WooCommerce PayPal Payment plugin. Is it possible that it’s related to the express cart PayPal button or anything else that causes the shipping method cost to not refresh/update? The other way to fix this with WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin still active is to manually update the billing address (namely postcode) and force an update of the checkout. Then the correct shipping cost (free shipping) applies. Any idea how I can fix this behavior coming from your plugin?

    Hello @mom4i911024

Thank you for reaching out to us, we are here to help.

I just created a similar setup, but did not see any similar situation. The free billing option is shown and hidden during the correct states, and no similar behavior is seen. My test environment uses the default theme Storefront and has no other plugins activate. Can you test with this theme as well and see if that makes a difference? If it doesn’t, please share at least the URL if that doesn’t make any difference?

    Hi there,

Kind of the same issue here so I share with hope it can help.

I realized that starting from cart page, when customer add another product after navigating to shop and products pages and then come back to cart, free shipping method is not available anymore. However, if a product is removed from cart, free shipping option comes back as cart updates after modification.

In PayPal settings, issue disappears when PayLater messages option is disabled. Maybe behavior of messaging in products pages is key here.

    Regards,

    Kevin

    Hello,

I might have misunderstood the issue here. The problem is not that the “Free shipping” is not available, but you want it to be automatically assigned when it becomes available again?

Even for this issue, I was not able to reproduce it. Would it be possible to make a screen recording to show me the issue you are facing? I would like to see what it is you are seeing as being the issue and how you want to see it in a resolved state.
