Free Shipping limit is not working with certain variation combinations

I was able to replicate the issue on your website. Please know that we are currently investigating an issue that sometimes happens when the comma is designated as the decimal separator.

If you happen to use the comma as the decimal separator, please remove the free shipping option and add it again, but please make sure to add the “Minimum order amount” value as 5000?(not 5000,00), save it, and confirm if it is working.

If the issue persists, could you please provide screenshots showing the shipping zone and free shipping method settings on your end?

We need screenshots of:

• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping
• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
• WooCommerce → Settings → Shipping → Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone → Click on Edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings.

When I added other products, the free was available as expected.
But as soon as I added this product, the free shipping option disappeared.

I have reviewed the System Status Report you shared and everything appears to be fine here.
I do not see any plugin that could affect the Free Shipping configuration.

This is a strange problem you are facing.
I need to collect some more information and perform a few more tests to determine what is causing it.

Could you share URLs of more products that cause the free shipping to disappear?

To help you further, I suggest you disable all the plugins and switch the theme to Twenty Twenty-Four.
This will ensure no 3rd party code interfers with the default WooCommerce features.
After that, allow me to check the website again.

If disabling plugins is not feasible on the live site then I suggest creating a staging site.
You may use the WP Staging plugin to create one.

It seems that certain combinations trigger the error. I am not sure about the “rule” but usually you need 2 or more products in the basket an it should contain the 2 or 3 pieces variation of these products:

It’s not as much a combination of products issue, but a mathematical error issue, for instance using the problematic popular choice, you can see it works if I add 2 or 3 of them as it surpases the 5k minimum request for the free shipping:

As soon as I add another one and the amount goes over to 12k+, I get the paid shipping option instead:

The same would apply if you add, for instance, 15 of them to the cart; the total would be RSD 47,850.00, and you would be charged 350 for shipping. If you add one more for 16, then the total would be?RSD 51,040.00, and you would receive?free shipping.

This is a known bug; the current workaround for this bug is re-saving your shipping settings without any form of decimal separator; in your case, simply save the minimum amount requirement as 5000, this should do the trick!

Thanks for the reply. Last time I tried deleting the decimals and saving it but that didn’t solve the problem.

Now the same thing happened first but after a lot of deleting, saving, recreating the shipping methods everything works fine.

After fixing the issue a new problem appeared. Maybe the two are connected. There are two payment methods (credit card, cod). When the free shipping is reached only credit card is available.

What can cause this?
