    Hi everyone,

    I have a very interesting question and I need some advice ??. WooCommerce is not displaying the free shipping option correctly. I’m using the default free shipping feature in WooCommerce, and I’ve set it to offer free shipping for orders over 99.90 €. However, even when I have 99.80 € in the cart, it still shows free shipping. I don’t understand why. I’ve tried deactivating all other plugins, but if there’s an issue directly with WooCommerce, does anyone have any idea what might be causing this problem?

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > General > Currency options
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue

    I’m only mentioning this for those who might face the same problem in the future: as it turns out, the issue is that it makes a difference whether you use a comma or a period (dot). Since it needs to be set differently in different places, this is what caused the problem.

    Thank you for the additional details. Yes, there’s a bug with the minimum requirements for free shipping. This has been reported to our developers and they’re working on a solution for this. The best workaround is to save your shipping settings without using a decimal separator at all if possible.
