Free shipping how?

Is there somewhere in WC to just select free shipping and have it apply to one product only? I can’t find or figure this out at all. I keep seeing instructions for creating a coupon but I don’t want a coupon. I just want to have this one product be free shipping. I created a free shipping class and a zone and it product is set to the free shipping class but nothing shows up on checkout for this product. Regular shipping methods only. I would not have thought setting a product to free shipping to be this time consuming. *ugh*
