    Hi,

I’m currently setting up a shop and have configured shipping zones with free shipping if the customer reaches a threshold over €250. While this generally works, I’ve encountered an issue: for orders over €1000, the free shipping disappears, and the shipping fee for orders below €250 is applied instead. I can’t seem to identify the reason for this issue. Could anyone help me troubleshoot this?

  • Hi @webframe

Thank you for reaching out — we’re happy to help!

Can you please share some screenshots, so that we can see what you are describing? I recommend using?https://snipboard.io. You can share the direct links to the images uploaded there in a response to this topic.

    We need screenshots of:

    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone
    • WooCommerce > Settings > Shipping > Click on Edit on a Shipping Zone > Click on edit on each shipping method so we can check the specific settings
    • The cart/checkout page with the issue

If you can also share your website’s URL so we can take a look, that would be fantastic ??

Looking forward to your reply, cheers!

    Hi,

Thanks for the quick response. I’ve attached the requested screenshots. I tried uploading them to Snipboard, but it didn’t work, so I uploaded them to my Nextcloud instead: https://nc.host-you.net/s/zo6rrtKitn4m7Wc

    Hey, @webframe!

    Thanks for the information!

I was able to see the issue on your website.

I noticed that you use a dot for the thousand separator and comma for decimals.

We are currently investigating an issue regarding shipping when those are the website settings, so maybe this is what is happening.

Can you please try deleting the free shipping method and add it again with the shipping cost as 250 (without the comma) and let us know if the issue persists?

If the issue persists, it is also possible one of the other shipping zoned has conflicting settings which is triggering the issue.
To investigate this, please enable debug mode at WooCommerce > Shipping > Shipping settings (don’t forget to save the changes). Then please try running a test order (of 1000+) to see which shipping zone it is using and share a screenshot with us ??

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!

You were right. I edited the shipping details, removed the comma, saved it, and now it works.
