I would like to have free shipping for a specific customer role, for example “Customer Type A” get Free shipping on order over $500 and “Customer Type B” get free shipping all the time.

Yes, you can use the customer role as a condition with our plugin. 2 questions, is it possible to display “favorites products” in the account area of my customers, like the product they buy the most?

This isn’t a core functionality, but it can be achieved with a bit of custom coding by querying the order tables it shouldn’t be hard to implement. Unfortunately, customization is out of our support scope, though.
