Free shipping for coupon is not over riding flat rate

    So, we have these free shipping conditions set up:

    – For specific product
    – For subtotal over $100
    – For users based on user role
    – For users with coupon

    It is the last one that does not seem to be working. When using the coupon, the cart still shows the flat rate- until it reaches the $100 cutoff.

    What could the issue be?

    Hi,

    What did you setup for the coupon condition?

    Note that the coupon condition listens to coupon codes so thats a requirement ??
