Free shipping for 3 miles, then cost per mile after

Hi there,

I’ve tried to get help with this before but it’s still not working as intended.

My client runs a mobile service. The first three miles of travel are free, and a cost should be added per mile beyond that. So if the mileage is 3 miles, cost is zero. If it’s 4 miles, cost is for just one mile.

How can I achieve this? I’ve already got 0 cost on max 3 miles, then 1.5 cost on min 3 miles, up to 20 miles. They’re in that order, but it’s not calculating properly. If a client is 4 miles away, the charge is for 6, when it should be 1.5.
Do I need to change any other settings for this to work?
