I can confirm I have the exact same problem. It seems that the auto apply coupon is not working. I have deactivated all plugins and problem remains.

Based on information provided by a customer, we were able to identify an issue with free shipping coupons with auto-apply in version 1.7.0 of the plugin. Our team has taken prompt action to address this issue and has released a modified version 1.7.1 of the plugin.
