Free shipping coupon not working

    Hi,

    We are using your plugin for the shipping costs in the US. It works fine in general terms. However, we are new using a free shipping coupon in our shop and we can’t make it work. The coupon is applied, but the shipping cost is not reduced because your plugin is overriding WooCommerce shipping calculation. How can we avoid this and make the shipping cost 0 when the coupong is applied?

    If we make the same in an order outside the US (where your plugin is not enabled) coupon works fine.

    Any advice will help a lot.

  • Free shipping coupon is used to enable free shipping in the cart/checkout page. It will not deduct the amount from the shipping charges.

    Please have a look the following screenshot. that I have done on my test server.

    It was because of shipping zones with “free shipping” defined and not because your plugin. Thank you!
