I have created a coupon code that gives free local delivery when a minimum is met. This works fine, but when I change shipping method to ‘customer pickup’ the coupon still remains applying the discount.

What I am expecting to see is if the customer meets the minimum requirement and chooses to have the items delivered they would get the delivery for free. But if they changed their shipping method to ‘customer pickup’ then the coupon is removed.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @bluelightwave

Thanks for reaching out. A user will see all methods assigned to a shipping zone as long as all criteria for that zone is met. Typically, a coupon will not be removed after changing shipping methods.

Typically issues like this are caused by a theme or plugin conflict. Try switching back to a default theme like Twenty Nineteen or [Storefront](https://woocommerce.com/storefront/) and disabling all plugins except for WooCommerce to see if this resolves the issue. If so, then re-enable each one at a time until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
