Free Shipping costs Cash on Delivery costs "how to solve"

  • Small problem…

    till 60€ shipping is 7.5€ if somebody pay with paypal or in my bank

    but if is cash on delivery there are more 5€ (total will be 12,5 of shipping cost)

    and when is more than 60€ Shipping is free but I would like that in case is shipping on delivery to be able to add 5€

    how to resolve this headache??? ??
