Free shipping by distance

  • What I need is to charge a shipping cost if distance is lower than, let’s say 10km, but if the purchase is over a price like $100 I want to give free shipping.
    If I set a Free shipping threshold cost there is no way to override it with a new rule. Any shipping over that threshold is set to free even though the distance is larger than the max distance allowed which is 10km.

    I still have not found a solution for this situation. Is there any workaround that I may apply.
    Would anybody be nice and help me?

    “Free shipping threshold” does work but If distance is greater than a quantity of Kms. I need to charge it anyway.
    If I set the “Free shipping threshold”, there is no way to charge under this situation.
    Free shipping would only be at the most 10kms. around.
    Does that make sense?
