Free shipping and subtotal

    Er is een website met een probleem met “free shipping” en subtotaal.
    Gisteren kwam er een bestelling van 49,90 binnen (subtotaal, dus ex btw).
    In de instellingen staat
    – free shipping rates:
    – subtotal greater or equal 50,00 and
    – country is nederland.

    Het is 0,10 ct. minder dan 50,00 en toch werd er gratis verzending (free shipping) geactiveerd?

    Hoe dit te voorkomen?

    Hi,

    Was there something like a discount applied to the order? That could explain why the order total came in lower, but the subtotal condition matched against a higher subtotal amount.

    No discount, just a normal order, with normale price.
    Normal there is no problem, an order from 25,00 euro’s is with shipping price.
    An order from 60,00 euro is with free shipping (subtotal).

    But this one is 49,90 subtotal. It is close to 50,00 but it isn’t 50,00.
    1 pice = 4,99 10 pieces = 49,90. (ex btw)

    Hi,

    Are you using the ‘subtotal ex. taxes’ condition? The subtotal condition is including taxes.
