Free Shipping Amount Not Updating

  • After our recent update to the V2.6 series (2.6.4) we changed our free shipping amount from $65 to $50. But the calculation is still based on the 65 value.

    We have removed the legacy shipping sections. Added shipping zone (US domestic) with Free Shipping and Flat Rate methods.

    Are we missing something simple here?

    Is the free shipping amount correctly set on all “free shipping” method instances inside each zone? Double check to make sure. The legacy method’s value shouldn’t have an effect anymore once deleted.

    Also try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
