Can you make sure that you have a Free shipping method setup?

The coupon will then show a free shipping option for customers to select.

The free shipping is setup.
the area is ok. the product is set for free ship.
But it only shows the flat rate! I′m going mad! ??

setting a coupon for free shipping, I can only make it work when I set the discount to 15 to the cart.
If I only set the coupon for FREE SHIPPING, the discount is not shown.

Done do solve the problem:
– updated WordPress, woocommerce and theme
– Deleted all ship classes and re created them

After this, all worked easely
