Free RSVP ticket confirmation email not sending

    Hi

    We are having an issue that guests aren’t receiving their RSVP ticket confirmation email.

    Plugins we have installed are:
    – Event Tickets
    – Event Tickets Plus
    – Events Tickets Extension: Ticket Email Settings
    – The Events Calendar
    – The Events Calendar PRO
    – WPForms Lite

    Any help on this would be much appreciated.

    So I figured out it is necessary to have an SMTP plugin to handle the mail sending. So I installed WP Mail SMTP, configured it and now the email confirmations work.

    Some of the best fixes are the simple ones.

    I hope this helps future seekers of knowledge.
