Free PRO Support???

  • The plugin hung on reloading the product edit page. The promised PRO support links for this plugin do not work nor does the chatbot.

    When finally got to talk to someone, through PayPal, they were very dismissive and unhelpful, always pointing me to their YouTube videos.

    Very unprofessional!

    Sorry but we’ve offered assistance in resolving the problem, but it seems you’re hesitant to acknowledge that the issue might not be directly connected to the plugin itself. It’s possible that your hosting’s PHP settings or the presence of numerous plugins within your WordPress installation are contributing to the problem on your website. It’s worth noting that this issue hasn’t been encountered in many other installations of our plugin.

    The only assistance you gave was to give me links to your YouTube videos. You were given all my settings from my hosting and asked if there was anything that needed to be changed. No direct answer from you just another YouTube video to watch, that did not answer the question. I have found you to be the most unhelpful and rude person/organization I have ever dealt with.
